Documentation

Everything you need to set up AdsTracker, connect your data, and integrate with your stack. Jump to a section below.

Getting started

Start a free trial, create your organization, and invite teammates as leads or buyers. Roles are enforced at the data layer, so buyers only see the accounts they own while leads get full oversight. Once your team is in, head to Bring in your Google Ads data to set up your first accounts.

Bring in your Google Ads data

Add your Google Ads accounts in AdsTracker, then feed them: install the lightweight tracking script on your landing pages and point your postbacks and webhooks at the ingest endpoints AdsTracker gives you. Spend, clicks, conversions, and approval status appear as you send them. AdsTracker never signs into Google Ads and never changes campaigns, budgets, or bids. New accounts can be added at any time from settings.

Webhooks & script

Bring revenue and conversion data in via signed webhooks or our lightweight script. Every payload is verified, rate-limited, and idempotent, so retries never double-count. This is how ROI is computed from your own postbacks — we never invent revenue.

Alerts

Configure alerts for spend anomalies, fraud signals, approval changes, and broken links. Delivery goes to email and Telegram, with per-rule thresholds and quiet hours. Alerts are designed to be actionable — every notification links straight to the affected account.

API

The REST API exposes your organization's accounts, metrics, and alert events behind scoped API keys. Responses use a consistent envelope and are paginated. Keys inherit role-based access, so a key can never read beyond what its role allows.
