Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of AdsTracker. Written to be readable, not just legal.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AdsTracker. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your organization.

2. The service

AdsTracker provides an operational command center that unifies account health, spend, revenue, approvals, alerts, and risk for media-buying teams. We ingest the Google Ads and revenue statistics you send us through the script you install in your own Google Ads account and the postbacks you configure; we hold no Google credentials and never sign in, and any change made in an account is carried out by that script, from a command you or a rule you built placed in the queue.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Access within your organization is governed by roles you assign. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no attempts to breach security or access controls, no reverse engineering, no use that violates applicable law or the terms of the advertising platforms you connect. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you connect and send to us.

5. Customer data

You retain all rights to the data you connect and submit. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. If your organization requires a separate data processing agreement, write to us and we will arrange one.

6. Plans and capacity

Your plan sets capacity — how many accounts and team members your organization may have — rather than which features you get. If your organization exceeds its limits you have 14 days before new writes pause; buying capacity or archiving what you no longer need restores them, and nothing is deleted. If a subscription lapses the organization becomes read-only. Prices may change, and we will communicate material changes before they take effect.

7. Payment, renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions are paid in USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20) and each payment covers a fixed period you choose. We store no payment details and can take no money from you: nothing renews automatically, and every period is a transfer you decide to make. Each transfer is checked and confirmed by a person before access is extended, so pay a few days before your period ends. A completed blockchain transaction cannot be reversed, recalled or charged back, and payments are not refundable — including for unused time or a change of mind; where we make a mistake, such as taking payment twice for the same period, write to us and we will put it right. To cancel, simply do not pay for the next period: your workspace keeps working until the period you paid for ends, after which it becomes read-only, your data is retained, and paying at any later date restores full access.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our aggregate liability is limited as set out in your order or, absent one, the fees paid in the prior twelve months.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in advance. Questions? Email support@ads-tracker.com.
