Privacy Policy

Plain-English summary of how we handle your data. Everything we hold is data you send us, and we never sell your information.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what data AdsTracker ("we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and how we handle it. AdsTracker is a B2B platform for media-buying teams; we process data on behalf of the organizations that use the service.

2. Data we collect

Account data: the name, email, and role of the people you invite to your organization, used to authenticate them and enforce role-based access.

Advertising data you send us: Google Ads statistics (spend, clicks, conversions, approval status) delivered by the script you install in your own Google Ads account, and revenue delivered by the postback you configure. AdsTracker holds no Google Ads credentials and never signs into your account. It never sets bids. Campaign status, daily budget and ad schedule change only through a command you or a rule you built put in the queue, which that same script carries out with your own access.

Ingested statistics arrive on a per-account webhook signed with its own secret, or on a postback URL carrying its own token. Both are rate-limited and idempotent, so a repeated request is never counted twice.

Usage data: basic logs and diagnostics needed to operate the service securely and reliably.

3. How we use data

We use the data above solely to provide and improve the service: to display account health, compute metrics, evaluate the rules you set, score ban risk, and deliver the alerts you configured. We do not sell your data.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with sub-processors that help us run the service (such as cloud hosting and communication providers), each bound by appropriate data-protection terms, and only as needed. We may disclose data where required by law.

5. Security

Each organization’s data is isolated, access is scoped by role and enforced at the data layer, and inbound payloads are signed or token-authenticated, rate-limited, and idempotent. Sensitive actions are recorded in an append-only audit log with no edit or delete path.

6. Data retention

We retain data for as long as your organization maintains an account, and delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period after account closure, unless a longer period is required by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Organization administrators can manage most data directly; for anything else, contact us.
