Plain-English summary of how we handle your data. Everything we hold is data you send us, and we never sell your information.

Last updated 2026-06-13

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what data AdsTracker ("we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and how we handle it. AdsTracker is a B2B platform for media-buying teams; we process data on behalf of the organizations that use the service.

2. Data we collect

Account data: the name, email, and role of the people you invite to your organization, used to authenticate them and enforce role-based access.

Advertising data you send us: Google Ads statistics (spend, clicks, conversions, approval status) delivered through the webhooks and tracking script you configure. AdsTracker has no access to your ad account and never modifies your campaigns, budgets, or bids.

Ingested statistics: revenue and conversion events you send us through signed webhooks or our script, used to compute ROI from your own data. We do not invent revenue.

Usage data: basic logs and diagnostics needed to operate the service securely and reliably.

3. How we use data

We use the data above solely to provide and improve the service: to display account health, compute metrics, detect anomalies and fraud signals, monitor link health, and deliver alerts you configure. We do not sell your data.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with sub-processors that help us run the service (such as cloud hosting and communication providers), each bound by appropriate data-protection terms, and only as needed. We may disclose data where required by law.

5. Security

Each organization's data is isolated, access is scoped by role and enforced at the data layer, and inbound webhooks are signed, rate-limited, and idempotent. Sensitive actions are recorded in an audit log.

6. Data retention

We retain data for as long as your organization maintains an account, and delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period after account closure, unless a longer period is required by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Organization administrators can manage most data directly; for anything else, contact us.
